nexusX advises companies along the entire process chain of customer communications - from input management to output. Our clients are large senders such as banks, insurers, telecommunications companies and energy corporations, as well as CCM service providers running complex change and optimisation projects. We help them with make-or-buy decisions, software migrations, digitalisation, AI integration, automation and transition projects - and we support the delivery, not just the advice.
We are two founders. You are team member no. 3.
What you do
In the first three months you learn how CCM processes work, which software products exist on the market and how projects in this space are set up. You support the project lead concretely: preparing and following up meetings, building project plans with milestone planning, tracking to-dos, preparing documents. You learn by doing, directly in live client projects.
From month three you take on your first subprojects on your own responsibility - with a founder as mentor in the background. Between month six and twelve we do the fine-tuning so you can steer projects independently. Whoever shows after twelve months that they deliver and carry responsibility makes the step up to project manager.
You work daily with AI tooling as a fixed part of how we work.
What you bring
You recognise yourself what needs to be done and do not wait for assignments. You are structured enough to keep several open items under control at once, and direct enough to speak up when things stall - even towards more experienced people. You enjoy breadth of topics: processes, technology and project steering sit close together here.
Your base is Bamberg, and about 30 % of the time you are on site with clients. A degree is helpful, not a knockout criterion.
